Scheduled increases Clause Samples

A Scheduled Increases clause sets out predetermined adjustments to certain terms, most commonly pricing or payment amounts, at specified intervals during the contract's duration. For example, it may stipulate that the service fee will rise by a fixed percentage each year or according to an external index. This clause provides predictability for both parties by clearly outlining future changes, helping to manage expectations and avoid disputes over price adjustments.
