Fully Available definition

Fully Available means that the Generating Unit is available to its contracted capacity. In respect of the Transmission System, “Availability “ shall mean the time in hours the Transmission System is capable of transmitting electricity at its rated voltage from the supply point to the delivery point and expressed as a percentage of Annual Availability.

Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.
