Administrative Services definition

Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:
Administrative Services means administrative services, including, without limitation, voting securities which are Plan assets, causing Plan assets to be invested as directed in accordance with the Plan, and maintaining records and preparing reports with respect to Plan contributions, participant accounts and investments.
Administrative Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Administrative Services has the meaning specified in Section 4.
Administrative Services. The Owner shall furnish all legal, accounting, auditing and insurance counseling services that it requires for the Project.
Administrative Services means services pertaining to personnel, payroll, property management, benefits, human resource management, financial planning, case docketing and management, contract and subcontract management, facilities management, proposal activities, supply chain planning for production, product distribution, material requirements planning, inventory management, engineering documentation control, workflow and e-mail management, networks and computer systems management and other similar services.
Administrative Services has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(c).
Administrative Services means services to any Fund in connection with its Shares (defined herein) purchased, redeemed, or held by Variable Accounts on behalf of Contracts, as described in Section 2 and in Exhibit D to this Agreement. Administrative Services are not services that are intended to promote the sale of Shares of any Fund.
Administrative Services means the services listed in Part 2 of Exhibit A.
Administrative Services as used in this section means core State Contract functions including but not limited to: claims processing; credentialing; including primary source verification; management services; member/provider services; utilization review; grievance and appeals; quality care management; and any other identified critical services.
