Health Care Operations. Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.
Health Care Operations. “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.
Health Care Operations. Health Care Operations as defined in 45 CFR 164.501 and provided that the Participant or Participant User is receiving the PHI for their own use. Participant shall only use the Minimum Necessary PHI for such Health Care Operations purposes.

For example, we may use and disclose your information for our operations, our Practice may use your PHI to evaluate the quality of care you received from us, to develop protocols and clinical guidelines, to develop training programs, or to aid in credentialing and medical review.
Health Care Operations. As used herein, the term “Health Care Operations” shall have the meaning given to such term under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.501.
Health Care Operations. We may use and disclose health information about you for administrative and operational purposes. Members of the risk management or quality improvement teams may use health information about you to assess the care and outcomes in your case and others like it. The results will be used internally to continually improve the quality of care for all patients. For example, we may combine medical information about many patients to evaluate the need for new products, services, or treatments. We may disclose information to health care professionals, students, and other personnel for review and training purposes. We also may combine health information we have with other sources to see where we can make improvements. We may remove information that identifies you from this set of health information to protect your privacy and to allow others to use the information to study health care without learning the identity of the specific patients. We may also use and disclose medical information to: □ evaluate the performance of our staff and your satisfaction with our services; □ learn how to improve our facilities and services; □ determine how to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of the health care we provide; and □ conduct training programs or review competence of health care professionals.

Health Care Operations. Health Care Operations provided that (i) the requesting Subscribed User has an established Treatment relationship with the Individual who is the subject of the PHI; (ii) the purpose of the request is for those Health Care Operations listed in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the definition of Health Care Operations in 45 CFR § 164.501 or health care fraud and abuse detection with respect to use of the HIE or compliance with this Agreement’s requirements; and (iii) the Subscribed User is requesting/accessing PHI for its own use. Subscribed User shall only use or disclose the Minimum Necessary PHI for such Health Care Operations purposes.
Health Care Operations. I may use or disclose your protected health information to support my business activities, including, for example, but not limited to, quality assessment activities, employee review activities, training, licensing, and other business activities. Your protected health information may be used to contact you about appointments or for other operational reasons. Your protected health information may be shared with third party “business associates” who perform various activities that assist us in the provision of your services.
Health Care Operations. Our practice may use and disclose your IIHI to operate our business. As examples of the ways in which we may use and disclose your information for our operations, our practice may use your IIHI to evaluate the quality of care you received from us, to develop protocols and clinical guidelines, to develop training programs, and to aid in credentialing, medical review, legal services and insurance. We will share information about you with such insurers or other business associates as necessary to obtain these services.
