  • Alcohol service and sales each day of the event shall end at the earlier thirty minutes prior to the end time or any time required by the Permittee’s PA LCB license or Special Occasion Permits, if any.

  • The hours of Entertainment and Alcohol service shall only be extended with the express authorization of PADUA in PADUA’S sole and absolute discretion.

  • Alcohol service will end (“last call”) 20 minutes prior to the scheduled ending time of the event.

  • Alcohol service must conclude by 11 pm and all functions must conclude by midnight.

  • School service means a website, mobile application, or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses, or shares student personal information.
