Neighbor/Community Concerns. A pre-application poster was installed on the building by the applicant in October 2022. On February 9, 2023, public hearing notices were mailed to property owners and occupants within 300 feet of the project site, and to interested neighborhood organizations. The City also posted notices within the neighborhood in three locations. At the time of writing this report, staff has not received any public comment regarding the project.

If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with these requirements during the life of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to take appropriate steps to correct these deficiencies.

  • Public Entity Crimes A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statutes, Section 287.017 for Category Two for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
