Separate contract definition

Separate contract means a utility services contract (other than a GSA areawide contract, an Authorization under an areawide contract, or an interagency agreement), to cover the acquisition of utility services.
Separate contract as used in this definition, means a contract that has been performed by any business, including small and other than small business concerns.
Separate contract means an agreement, which pre-exists the Effective Date, between one or more third parties and one or more UCC Members, including without limitation any such agreement (1) for supply, delivery, storage or transportation of products to UCC or its designee, and/or (2) for the swap or exchange of any products.
