BAR SERVICE. The bars at The Hotel are fully licensed and require The Client to give a written brief regarding their bar requirements for their specific event. The Hotel offers the following bar services: PREPAID LIMIT BAR FULL BAR The Client to pre-pay for all drinks consumed during the event. PREPAID LIMIT BAR SELECTED BAR The Client to pay for selected drinks consumed during the event. Certain categories of drinks may be excluded (e.g. spirits or shooters) but not certain brands. The Client is required to pay the prepaid portion before the event. Should The Client wish to increase the limit during the event, The Hotel requires full payment for the additional increased amount upfront using Debit or Credit Card, Zapper or SnapScan. No cash or cheques payments will be accepted. The Client may request that guests pay for their drinks once the set limit is reached. OWN ACCOUNT BAR Guests to pay for their drinks via Debit or Credit Card, Zapper or SnapScan. Should The Client choose for their guests to pay for their drinks, any outstanding amounts not paid by guests will be transferred to The Client’s account. Should the outstanding amount be recouped, The Client will be refunded by The Hotel. Please note that your ‘Bar Tab’ will for the first part of the function escalate rapidly as your guests order their first or second round of drinks. Should you wish to, an external ‘Bar Auditor’ can be hired in at an additional cost to you The Client. It is The Client’s responsibility to inform their guests that The Hotel is a cashless environment and that the methods of payment mentioned above apply. A drinks and wine menus are available on The Hotel website xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx or when requested by The Client. NO CORKAGE WILL BE ALLOWED Any special requirements regarding bar facilities must be in writing and approved by The Hotel’s General Manager. All requests for special beverage orders must be approved in full 30 days before the event. The Hotel requires full payment upfront for special and approved orders. All orders must be placed in case lots. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Alcohol brought onto the premises without written permission from The Hotel’s General Manager will be confiscated, as this is prohibited and contravenes our licence permissions. BAR SERVICE. The Banks is a licensed venue through the Pennsylvania State Liquor Control Board and shall provide all beverages for all event. Customer may select package/open bar, cash bar or consumption bar options. Events requesting a cash bar or consumption bar will be assessed a $100 per bartender fee. Events requesting a consumption bar will be required to have a credit card on file 24 hours prior to the event (and be subject to 3.75%). Guests should acknowledge the right of our bartenders to suspend the serving of alcohol to any persons in accordance with the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. No outside beverages are permitted on site. Under no circumstances is any person outside of The Banks staff permitted in any bar areas.
BAR SERVICE. The contractor shall provide the following bar services: (a) follow measures to ensure that only persons of legal drinking age are served alcoholic beverages; and (b) exercise discretion in serving alcoholic beverages to Kappa members and guests and refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any Kappa member or guest if the contractor believes that such Kappa member or guest is acting in a manner that could be detrimental to either the member, guest, Kappa or other persons. BAR SERVICE. Should you wish to offer your guests a single welcoming drink on arrival or a similar drink for a toast we will, by prior arrangement, provide that service for you or you may arrange it yourself by other means. If the latter, you will also provide the necessary glasses and arrange for their removal and cleansing. Glasses should be of a distinctive style (e.g. Flute) to differentiate them from the standard shaped wine glasses used in the bar. The HVH Bar staff will clear away bar glasses in the half hour after the bar closes at 23.00 allowing a twenty- minute drinking up time after bar service ceases.

No outside alcohol may be brought into the facility. Ice Surface: The BRCC strives to provide and maintain a clean ice surface to play on. Be aware of any rocks heading for the hacks that can cause damage. Brooms and sliders may be available for use from the club. Curlers must wear a clean pair of running shoes or curling shoes on the ice surface. Shoes should be rubber soled and have treads to avoid slipping on the ice. Novice curlers are encouraged to wear helmets or double grippers while on the ice. Curlers must conduct themselves in a manner that will not endanger themselves or others. The renter will Review the BRCC Policy on Concussion Protocols and Procedures Food Service: The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee urn, basic dishes, stove and grill. All food or other materials must be removed from the kitchen and the facilities left clean after use, including sweeping of the floor, garbage bagged. Anyone using the grill must remove the grease (not pour down sinks) and clean after use. The caterer provides their own dishtowels and serving dishes as needed. Within twelve (12) hours of event ending (as per contract time), the kitchen must be fully cleaned by renter/caterer. Any food left behind will be discarded. The renter to provide proof of $2 Million liability insurance that shows the BRCC as an additional insured for BRCC approved events. The BRCC will not be responsible for personal injury or damage, loss or theft of any article of clothing or equipment of anyone attending an event. A $100 damage/clean-up deposit will be refunded after the facility has been inspected and found to be maintained and undamaged. A joint pre-inspection and after-inspection of the facility with the applicant/user and a BRCC representative may take place. The applicant will be invoiced $40 plus tax for any NSF cheques. Cancellation: Cancellation will only be accepted up to 30 days prior to an event. Cancellation after this time will result in a forfeit of the deposit fee. The Blind River Curling Club reserves the right, for just cause, to cancel this agreement. Renter Signature Date: BRCC Staff Signature Date: Original approved Agreement is retained by BRCC Secretary. Copy of Approved Agreement will be provided to Renter.
BAR SERVICE.  No spirits, beer, soft drinks or food are to be brought and consumed on the premises.  A corkage fee of R65 per bottle will apply to bottles of wine and sparkling wine brought onto the premises.  All beverage bills are to be settled on the night of the function. MENU  Certain dishes served are subject to seasonal availability.  All prices quoted include VAT and all prices are subject to change without prior notification.  Specialized dietary requirements such as Halaal and Kosher meals are subject to a surcharge.  Should actual numbers fall below that of the guaranteed minimum, charges would be based on the guaranteed number.  Should the actual number of persons exceed that of the guaranteed number given, billing will then be based on the actual number.  Any changes must be given in writing 1 (One) week prior of function date.  All entertainers’ meals should be included in the guaranteed number.
BAR SERVICE. Subject to the provision of all required documents, products and supplies, licenses, receipts and mandatory PAL Insurance coverage in the name of the Renter being in place and in the possession of the Clymont authorized agent prior to opening such bar service, Clymont or its approved service providers shall provide Bar service to commence one (1) hour before the approved time for scheduled catered meal. Bar Service shall cease at 1am with consumption until 2am – with vacate time no later than 2:30am.

BAR SERVICE. The Theatre Centre provides bar service at all events, except where cancelled at the discretion of the Centre. The Centre will consider a Promoter’s/Organization’s request that there be no bar service at its event provided reason is given. Such a request does not assure that bar service will be cancelled. PUBLICITY The Promoter/Organization agrees that the Theatre Centre may publish basic information about the event on the Theatre Centre’s website and social media platforms as it sees fit both as to content and frequency. The Promoter/Organization will provide the Theatre Centre with material for publication on the Theatre Centre’s website and social media platforms. Such material shall be according to the guidelines and requirements stated in Appendix A to this Agreement and shall conform to prevailing Canadian copyright laws and any other applicable legal requirements and regulations. The Promoter/Organization agrees to save the Theatre Centre harmless from any and all damages, penalties and costs arising from any breach of such copyright, other legal or regulatory requirements. The publicity material must be provided to the Theatre Centre in compliance with the guidelines and requirements in Appendix A at least 3 business days before it will be published on the Theatre Centre’s Website and social media platforms.
