Date and Place. The sale and purchase of the Property shall be consummated at a closing (the "Closing") to be held at the offices of Seller's Attorney, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Xxxxx and Seller on or before the later to occur of (i) October 12, 2021, or (ii) the date that is ten business days after the Abstract is delivered to Xxxxx's attorney for review (the "Closing Date").
