Residential Car Parking Space definition

Residential Car Parking Space means each of the 16 parking spaces in the Residential Houses provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(18)(a)(i)(II)(B) of the Government Grant and intended for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the residents of the Residential Houses and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, and "Residential Car Parking Spaces" shall be construed accordingly;
Residential Car Parking Space means any one of the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(24)(a)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance, any amending regulations made thereunder and any legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Residential Accommodation and their bona fide guests visitors or invitees as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only are marked “R1”, “R2”, “R3”, “R4”, “R5”, “R6”, “R7”, “R8”, “R9”, “R10” and “R11” respectively on the Basement plan of the DMC Plans;
Residential Car Parking Space means any one of them.

  • Failing in making an application and/or signing of the agreement for sale and purchase of a Residential Car Parking Space by the purchaser within such prescribed time will be deemed as the purchaser not making any application for the purchase of Residential Car Parking Space.

  • FPPD or its successor is responsible for performing those duties assigned to it by the Commission in support of the Commission’s oversight of EdFund.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the management fee deposit, other deposits and related fees of the Residential Car Parking Space do not form part of the CPS Relevant Expenses.

  • Every Owner with the exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy any Residential Car Parking Space or Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space shall have the full right and liberty (in common with the Manager and others having like rights) to go pass and xxxxxx over and along and to use the Carpark Common Areas and Facilities for all purposes connected with the proper use and enjoyment of the same.

Residential Car Parking Space means any one of the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(17)(a)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the residents of the Residential Accommodation and their bona fide guests visitors or invitees, as set out in the FIRST SCHEDULE to this Deed. The thirty (30) Residential Car Parking Spaces are numbered “20” to “49” respectively and are for the purpose of identification only shown and marked “20” to “49” on the plan no. DMC-01 annexed to this Deed, and the accuracy of which is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person;
Residential Car Parking Space means a parking space as required under Special Condition No.(19)(a)(i) of the Conditions and intended for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the residents of the Residential Unit or Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees; "Residential Common Areas and Facilities" means and includes :- those parts of the Residential Accommodation in the Development intended for the common use and benefit of the Owners, residents and tenants of the Residential Units and the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees thereof, includes but not limited to such parts of the external walls of the Development which are for the purposes of identification only shown and coloured Red on the elevation plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto, Recreational Areas and Facilities, one Accessible Car Parking Space, Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces, Bicycle Parking Spaces, Greenery Areas (RCA), mail boxes, and such of the passages, stairways, Wider Lift Lobbies, entrances, landings, entrance halls, watchmen counter, refuse storage and material recovery rooms, canopies, flat roofs (other than those forming part of a Unit) pipe duct room, lift halls, pipe ducts, air-conditioning platforms, planters and such of the lifts, lift shafts, lift lobbies, aerials, meters, lighting, drains, channels, sewers, salt and fresh water intakes and mains, wires, cables and other facilities whether ducted or otherwise through which fresh or salt water, sewage, gas, electricity and other services are supplied to the Residential Accommodation, pumps, tanks, sanitary fittings, electrical installations, fittings, equipment and apparatus, fire prevention and fighting equipment and apparatus, security systems and apparatus, ventilation system and such other areas and any other systems, devices or facilities which are at or provided or installed in the Development intended for the common use and benefit of the Owners and residents or tenants of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees and such other areas within the Lot and such other systems, devices and facilities within the Development for common use and benefit of the Residential Accommodation in accordance with this Deed which are (insofar as they are capable of being shown on plans) for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Red, Xxxx and Brown Hatched Black respectively on the plans certified by Authorized Person and annexed hereto; but EXCLUDING :-

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
