Parking Areas definition

Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
Parking Areas means, as to each Property, the exclusive and non-exclusive parking areas and facilities for the Property as indicated on the Lease Supplement for the Property, together with any connecting walkways, covered walkways, tunnels, or other means of access to the Building, and any additional minor improvements now or hereafter located on the Land related to the foregoing facilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of Landlord's Property which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed from time to time.

  • The Town may install other signs within the Easement Corridor and Parking Areas for safety purposes, in its reasonable discretion.

More Definitions of Parking Areas

Parking Areas means the areas available for automobile parking in connection with the Building as those areas may be designated by Landlord from time to time. Except for particular spaces and areas designated from time to time by Landlord for reserved parking, if any, all parking in the Parking Areas shall be on an unreserved, first-come, first-served basis. Landlord reserves the right to (a) reduce the number of spaces in the Parking Areas, as long as the number of parking spaces remaining is in compliance with all applicable governmental requirements; (b) to reserve spaces for the exclusive use of specific parties and change the location of any reserved spaces; and (c) change the access to the Parking Areas, provided that some manner of reasonable access to the Parking Areas remains after the change; and none of the foregoing shall entitle Tenant to any claim against Landlord or to any abatement of Rent. Landlord (or the operator of the Parking Areas) may charge Tenant (and/or its employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and visitors) directly for the parking fee established by Landlord (or the operator) from time to time for the use of the Parking Areas. Parking charges may be increased on each anniversary of the Commencement Date based on Building standard rates. Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for unauthorized parking in reserved spaces, and shall not be required to tow any unauthorized vehicles.
Parking Areas means those areas of the Complex designated by Landlord, from time to time, for parking to serve the Building; (ii) the “Reserved Parking Areas” shall mean those portions of the Parking Areas designated by Landlord, from time to time, for reserved parking (i.e., for the exclusive use of one or more persons); and (iii) the “General Parking Areas” shall mean, from time to time, those portions of the Parking Areas which are not then Reserved Parking Areas.
Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.
Parking Areas means the parking areas and facilities for the Property as indicated on Exhibit A-1 hereto, together with (i) any walkways, driveways and other passageways upon the Land providing ingress and egress between such areas and facilities and the Building and/or between such areas and facilities and the Building, and (ii) any additional improvements now or hereafter located on the Land related to the foregoing areas and facilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of Landlord’s Property which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time. The Parking Areas presently consist of the Parking Garage and the surface parking areas as depicted on the Site Plan. The Parking Areas will not be changed to materially and adversely impact Tenant’s ingress and egress or to materially increase the distance from the Parking Areas to the Premises.
Parking Areas means the improvements constructed from time to time, in or as part of the Building and the Lands for use as parking facilities for the tenants and/or licensees of the Building and their employees, servants and invitees, and the areas and facilities that are appurtenant solely to those improvements. The Licensor shall designate the minimum number of the parking spaces comprising the Parking Areas prescribed by the relevant Authority for the sole and exclusive use of people with disabilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time, excluding any parking garage now or hereafter existing under, and as a part of, any of the Other Buildings.
