Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
Parking Areas means, as to each Property, the exclusive and non-exclusive parking areas and facilities for the Property as indicated on the Lease Supplement for the Property, together with any connecting walkways, covered walkways, tunnels, or other means of access to the Building, and any additional minor improvements now or hereafter located on the Land related to the foregoing facilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of Landlord’s Property which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time. The Parking Areas presently consist of the Parking Garage and the surface parking areas as depicted on the Site Plan. The Parking Areas will not be changed to materially and adversely impact Tenant’s ingress and egress or to materially increase the distance from the Parking Areas to the Premises.

The County agrees to use the Licensed Area and Parking Areas solely for the purpose of conducting early voting and Election Day activities.
The City will not charge the County for the use of the Licensed Area, Parking Areas, Temporary Storage Area, or restrooms, or for the electricity required to operate the Portable Buildings.
The County may provide election workers and voters access to the Parking Areas for the purpose of parking vehicles during the Voting Period.
More Definitions of Parking Areas
Parking Areas means the improvements constructed from time to time, in or as part of the Building and the Lands for use as parking facilities for the tenants and/or licensees of the Building and their employees, servants and invitees, and the areas and facilities that are appurtenant solely to those improvements. The Licensor shall designate the minimum number of the parking spaces comprising the Parking Areas prescribed by the relevant Authority for the sole and exclusive use of people with disabilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord and/or Other Landlords from time to time, excluding any parking garage now or hereafter existing under, and as a part of, any of the Other Buildings.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas shown on the Site Map as being striped for parking as well as drive aisles within or adjacent thereto, and shall include any enlargement of, addition to or permitted change in such drive aisles and/or striped portions of the Common Areas.
Parking Areas has the meaning given it in subsection 6.5.
Parking Areas means and refer to: (a) all areas which serve as parking facilities for the benefit of Landlord, Tenant, other Building tenants and their employees, customers, visitors, licensees, and invitees; (b) access roads and driveways located in such areas; and (c) all easements appurtenant to such areas.
Parking Areas means those areas of the Complex designated by Landlord, from time to time, for parking to serve the Building; (ii) the “Reserved Parking Areas” shall mean those portions of the Parking Areas designated by Landlord, from time to time, for reserved parking (i.e., for the exclusive use of one or more persons); and (iii) the “General Parking Areas” shall mean, from time to time, those portions of the Parking Areas which are not then Reserved Parking Areas.
Parking Areas means the areas available for automobile parking in connection with the Office Center as such areas may be designated by Landlord from time to time (See Section 51).
