residential premises definition

residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.
residential premises means any premises or part of premises (including any land occupied with the premises) used or intended to be used as a place of residence and includes a hostel unit;
residential premises means premises that constitute or are intended to constitute a place of residence;

  • The Town does hereby grant to Company and Company shall have the exclusive duty, right and privilege to provide Collection Services or otherwise handle all Solid Waste (including Refuse and Organic Waste) generated, deposited, accumulated or coming to exist at Residential Premises in the Service Area.

  • Subject to Section 3(b) below, all Residential Premises within the Service Area shall be required by Town to utilize the Collection Services of Company as provided herein.

residential premises means (subject to paragraph (3)(b)) so much of any premises as is for the time being occupied or used by any person, however temporarily, for residential purposes or otherwise as living accommodation (including hotel or prison accommodation that is so occupied or used);
