Office Premises definition

Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;
Office Premises means any hereditament used wholly or mainly as an office or for office purposes ;
Office Premises means that part of any premises that the Insured owns, or leases or occupies with control over the maintenance of the leased or occupied premises, for the purpose of providing direct patient treatment. This does not include any parking lots, sidewalks, elevators, escalators, or common or public hallways or stairways.
