Office Premises definition

Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;
Office Premises means any hereditament used wholly or mainly as an office or for office purposes;
Office Premises means a building or place used for the purpose of administration, clerical, technical, professional or like activities (where there is no direct and regular dealing with members of the public or otherwise than by appointment), but (in the table to clause 9) does not include a building or place elsewhere defined in this Dictionary.

  • Tenant may, at its sole cost and expense, install signage containing Tenant’s name and/or logo at the entrances of the Office Premises and the Lab Premises (“Suite Entry Signage”).

  • Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for janitorial and trash removal services, and other biohazard disposal services for the Lab Premises (with Landlord providing janitorial services to the Office Premises pursuant to Exhibit C-1).

  • Commencing as of the Phase I Commencement Date with respect to the Office Premises (and as of the Phase II Commencement Date with respect to the Lab Premises), Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the amount of Landlord’s Tax Expenses Allocable to the Premises.
