Elevation Plans Clause Samples

The Elevation Plans clause defines the requirements and specifications for the vertical design aspects of a construction project, such as the appearance and dimensions of building facades and exterior features. It typically outlines the need for detailed drawings or diagrams that show the height, shape, and architectural elements of each side of the structure. By establishing clear expectations for the building's external elevations, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the project's visual and structural outcomes, reducing the risk of disputes or misunderstandings during construction.
