Customer Premises definition

Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);
Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);
Customer Premises means the premises specified in the Order Form at which the Services are to be provided;

Examples of Customer Premises in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall maintain all Supplier Equipment within the Sites and/or the Customer Premises in a safe, serviceable and clean condition.

  • The decision of the Customer as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Customer Premises shall be final and conclusive.

  • The Supplier shall observe and comply with such rules and regulations as may be in force at any time for the use of such Customer Premises and conduct of personnel at the Customer Premises as determined by the Customer, and the Supplier shall pay for the full cost of making good any damage caused by the Supplier Personnel other than fair wear and tear.

  • The Supplier shall not deliver any Supplier Equipment nor begin any work on the Customer Premises without obtaining Approval.
