Residential Floor Area definition

Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential dwelling unit, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The CFD Administrator shall determine the Residential Floor Area based upon the Building Permit issued for such residential dwelling unit.
Residential Floor Area means the total net square footage of the floor space in all Units (measured from paint to paint of the interior of the perimeter walls) including closets within the Units and Balconies, Porches or Decks (to the exterior edge of any railing) attached to the Units for the sole use of the tenants occupying the Units. First floor patios are not included in Residential Floor Area, as they are not part of the Total Project Square Footage. Carports and/or Garages attached to a Unit are not included in Residential Floor Area.

More Definitions of Residential Floor Area

Residential Floor Area means the total net square footage of the floor space (paint to paint of the interior walls) in all Units including closets within the Units and balconies and/or porches attached to the Units for the sole use of the tenants occupying the Units.
