Government Grant definition

Government Grant means the Government Grant document specified in Schedule 2;
Government Grant means a grant-in-aid, subsidy or contribution by the government of the Republic in the national or provincial sphere.
Government Grant means any grant, incentive, subsidy, award, participation, exemption, status or other benefit from any Governmental Entity granted to, provided to, or enjoyed by any Group Company.

  • No written, or to the Knowledge of the Company, oral, claim or challenge has been communicated to the Company Group by any Authority with respect to any entitlement of the Company Group to any Government Grant or the compliance by the Company Group in connection with any Government Grant.

Government Grant means the Agreement and Conditions of Sale registered in the Land Registry as New Grant No.21745 and as the same may be modified, amended, varied or supplemented from time to time;
