Subleased Premises definition

Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.
Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).
Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

Examples of Subleased Premises in a sentence

  • Subtenant has inspected and knows the condition of the Subleased Premises and agrees to accept same in its "as is" condition.

  • Subtenant shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and standards that are applicable or may become applicable to Subtenant’s activities on the Subleased Premises.

  • If the Subleased Premises is destroyed or so totally damaged by fire or other unavoidable casualty as to render the Subleased Premises unleaseable, wholly or in part, then payment of rental shall cease and either party may terminate thisSublease by written notice.

  • Subtenant shall indemnify, defend and save Government harmless and shall pay all costs, expenses, in connection with any fines, suits, actions, damages, liability and causes of action of every nature whatsoever arising or growing out of, or in any manner connected with, the occupation or use of the Subleased Premises by Subtenant, its employees, agents, guests, invitees, and contractors.

  • It is further understood that the Subleased Premises are hereby subleased without any additions, improvements or alterations.


More Definitions of Subleased Premises

Subleased Premises means [a portion of] Suite[s] on the floor[s] of the office building located at , consisting of approximately square feet and shown on the attached Exhibit C.
Subleased Premises means any portion of the Premises subleased under a Sublease. "Subleasehold Estate" means a Subtenant’s subleasehold estate, and all of the Subtenant’s rights and privileges under the Sublease, upon and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Sublease.
Subleased Premises shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the third (3rd) recital above. The Subleased Premises shall not include any rights in or to the roof or exterior of the Building or the land lying beneath the Subleased Premises.
Subleased Premises means the following portions of the Hangar: (a) the office area, consisting of approximately 1,000 square feet, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and made a part hereof (the “Office Area”); and (b) the hangar and shop areas, consisting of approximately 13,750 square feet, as shown on Exhibit “C” (collectively the “Hangar Area”).
Subleased Premises will mean the Prime Premises, and (C) Sublandlord shall assign to Subtenant, and Subtenant shall assume from Sublandlord, that certain maintenance contract for the supplemental HVAC system located within the Subleased Premises.
Subleased Premises shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23(c).
Subleased Premises. The entire Master Leased Premises as shown on the plan attached hereto as Exhibit B. Sublease Commencement Date: April 1, 2002. Tenant will have prior access to the Subleased Premises to make Subtenant improvements, including telephone and cable work beginning at 5 p.m. January 29, 2002.
