Residential Accommodation. Residential accommodation in the Town Centre is to consist of 25 residential units of mixed size and quality for essential staff as well as contingency accommodation associated with the operation and functioning of the Port Xxxxxxx development. The Town Centre residential accommodation is to be located at first and second floor levels.
Residential Accommodation. Subject to paragraph 14 below, the College will maintain a stock of residential accommodation that may be provided to you in connection with your studies and on the terms and conditions and in accordance with the procedures set out in the Student Handbook and Licence to Occupy, which may vary from year to year. The College will provide accommodation for undergraduates requesting it throughout their course of studies. Normally, accommodation offered will be in Brasenose (either on the main site or in a College annexe), however it may at times be offered elsewhere in Oxford for operational or other compelling reasons.

There is not normally any accommodation available to graduates beyond year 1. The College does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property and so you are advised to obtain relevant insurance cover against theft and other risks.

Student halls are cleaned on a regular basis Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), cleaning surfaces and vacuuming where possible (Housekeeping Staff do not remove or clean personal items). Communal areas such as toilets, showers, *kitchens* corridors, stairs, landings, foyers are cleaned on a daily basis. Student houses are cleaned on a regular basis Monday to Friday on a pre-set day as described in halls with sanitary/communal areas such as shower rooms, toilets, *kitchens*, halls, stairs, and landings cleaned on a daily basis as needed. Housekeeping Staff are only responsible for cleaning kitchen surfaces/floors/walls/chairs/tables etc which are free from obstruction only.

Residential Accommodation. During the Term the Company shall provide, at no after-tax cost to the Executive (I.E., with full tax gross-up), a suitable two-bedroom furnished rental apartment in Chicago.

Offices will be cleaned once a week, with communal areas such as class rooms, conference rooms, lecture theatres, computer rooms, labs, toilets/showers, stairs, landings, foyers cleaned daily. Vacuuming/dry and wet mopping/dusting – only obstruction free surfaces and not computers or keyboards (except in communal computer rooms e.g. library), replenishing toilet paper, hand towel, soap and sanitiser (where applicable).
