Residential Accommodation. Residential accommodation in the Town Centre is to consist of 25 residential units of mixed size and quality for essential staff as well as contingency accommodation associated with the operation and functioning of the Port Xxxxxxx development. The Town Centre residential accommodation is to be located at first and second floor levels.
Residential Accommodation. The College will maintain a stock of residential accommodation that may be provided to you in connection with your studies and on the terms and conditions and in accordance with the procedures set out in the Student Handbook and Licence to Occupy, which may vary from year to year. Normally, accommodation offered will be in Brasenose (either on the main site or in a College annexe), however it may at times be offered elsewhere in Oxford for operational or other reasons. First year graduates will usually be able to be accommodated but no guarantees are given for any continuing years.

Residential Accommodation. Student halls are cleaned on a regular basis Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), cleaning surfaces and vacuuming where possible (Housekeeping Staff do not remove or clean personal items). Communal areas such as toilets, showers, *kitchens* corridors, stairs, landings, foyers are cleaned on a daily basis. Student houses are cleaned on a regular basis Monday to Friday on a pre-set day as described in halls with sanitary/communal areas such as shower rooms, toilets, *kitchens*, halls, stairs, and landings cleaned on a daily basis as needed. Housekeeping Staff are only responsible for cleaning kitchen surfaces/floors/walls/chairs/tables etc which are free from obstruction only. Housekeeping Staff are not responsible for any of the following: emptying rubbish bins, washing up, cleaning the inside of cookers/grills/microwaves or fridges. Students are responsible for tidying their own room. You must remove rubbish from your room and communal area to the bin points outside. You need to do this regularly (at least once a day for the kitchen rubbish).
Residential Accommodation. If your post requires you to live in accommodation provided, it is a requirement of your employment that you occupy it for the better performance of your duties. You will be required to enter into the council’s standard form of Service Tenancy Agreement which will be forwarded to you in due course by Legal Services. For the avoidance of doubt, I must confirm that you will occupy the property as a licensee, this accommodation is only made available to you whilst you occupy this post, and you will be required to vacate when your employment ends even if you take up another post with Oxfordshire County Council; the same condition applies if you are still in post on reaching retirement age in that you will be required to vacate the accommodation. You will have no right to remain in the accommodation beyond the end of your employment and will not enjoy any security of tenure. Please note that Oxfordshire County Council is obliged to carry out a DBS check of all persons over the age of 16 living in staff accommodation on regulated premises, such as a school site, as part of our policy for safeguarding children. You must therefore inform the School of any adults residing at this property with you so that the checks can be made and it is a requirement that the checks are satisfactory. I must also point out that Oxfordshire County Council has no duty to re-house you on retirement. You will need to give as much notice as possible of your retirement to allow enough time for you to find alternative accommodation.
Residential Accommodation. During the Term the Company shall provide, at no after-tax cost to the Executive (I.E., with full tax gross-up), a suitable two-bedroom furnished rental apartment in Chicago.
