None of Company’s or its subcontractors’ owners, employees, directors, or contractors will be in violation of the City’s Conflict of Interest Policy for City, Secondary and Other Employment Relationships (HR 13) if a Contract is awarded to the Company.
For instance, if 25% of a salary is requested, no more than 25% of any applicable "Other Employment Cost" may be requested.
The Company acknowledges that Director currently holds other positions (“Other Employment”) and agrees that Director may maintain such positions, provided that such Other Employment shall not materially interfere with Director’s obligations under this Agreement.
