Seniority Accumulation. (a) (i) Part-time employees shall have their seniority expressed on the basis of number of hours worked in the bargaining unit. (The foregoing is for clarity only and therefore does not modify an employee’s level of seniority under this collective agreement or previous collective agreements.)
Seniority Accumulation. Employees on pregnancy or parental leave shall continue to accumulate seniority for the duration of their leaves.
Seniority Accumulation. Seniority shall continue on all approved leaves of absence unless otherwise specifically provided in one of the leaves of absence sections of this Agreement. Benefits such as vacation, sick leave and insurance do not accrue or continue during any leave of absence unless otherwise specifically provided in one of the leaves of absence sections of this Agreement.
Seniority Accumulation. (a) It is agreed between the parties hereto that seniority shall be retained and accumulated on the following basis:

Seniority Accumulation. (a) Full-time employees upon completion of their probationary period, will accumulate seniority on the basis of their continuous service in the bargaining unit from the last date of hire, and their name will be placed on the full-time seniority list.

Seniority Accumulation. A. The seniority of each employee covered by this Agreement shall be established after the initial probation period as defined in this Agreement and shall date back to their first day of employment.
Seniority Accumulation. Seniority shall not be diminished by temporary layoffs or leaves of absence with or without pay.
