Page 3. “Reserve Amount” means the amount which each participating member must appropriate so as to have available monies no less than twenty percent (20%) nor more than thirty percent (30%) of claims paid for the preceding twelve (12) month period that would not be covered by aggregate stop-loss insurance coverage.
