I will, during and after my Employment, execute all documents, and will assist the Company in every reasonable and proper way, to obtain and enforce patents, trademark registrations, service mark registrations and copyrights for the Intellectual Property in any and all countries.
The Company may terminate my Employment at its discretion at any time without Substantial Cause.
If I terminate my Employment without Good Reason, then I will be paid my Accrued Obligations through the Termination Date and shall not be entitled to any additional severance or other compensation, including any unvested Long-Term Incentive Awards.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Company and me in writing, my obligations under this Agreement will, in accordance with their terms, be unaffected by any change in position, title, duties, or other terms and conditions of my Employment.
