Employment definition

Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

  • I will, during and after my Employment, execute all documents, and will assist the Company in every reasonable and proper way, to obtain and enforce patents, trademark registrations, service mark registrations and copyrights for the Intellectual Property in any and all countries.

  • The Company may terminate my Employment at its discretion at any time without Substantial Cause.

More Definitions of Employment

Employment means employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Unless expressly provided otherwise, any references in the Plan or any Award Agreement to a Grantee’s Employment being terminated shall include both voluntary and involuntary terminations.
Employment means employment with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries. For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status.
Employment means employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates including but not limited to MPC and its subsidiaries and Affiliates.
