Employment definition

Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

Employment means the Executive’s employment under this Agreement;

Employment means the Participant’s employment as an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status. The length of any period of Employment shall be determined by the Company or the subsidiary or Affiliate that either (i) employs the Participant or (ii) employed the Participant immediately prior to the Participant’s termination of Employment.
