Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 11.C., from and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, cause the Premises and Tenant’s use thereof to comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal or other agencies or bodies having jurisdiction over the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises. Any repairs, alterations or modifications to the exterior or structural elements of the Building or to the Common Areas of the Project necessary to comply with applicable laws shall be made by Landlord and shall be included within the definition of Operating Expenses and reimbursed to Landlord under Section 7 of this Lease, provided, however, Tenant shall be solely responsible and shall reimburse Landlord for the entire cost and expense of such work if compliance is necessary due to Tenant’s specific use or occupancy of the Premises or due to Tenant’s acts or omissions, or as a result of any alterations, modifications or improvements to the Premises or Building constructed by or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant will also comply with the reasonable rules and regulations of the Project adopted by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right at all times, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, to change and amend the rules and regulations in any reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, preservation of good order and operation or use of the Project or the Premises. All rules and regulations of the Project, and amendments or modifications thereof, will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.
Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations a. Assurances. The Contractor agrees that all activity pursuant to this Contract will be in accordance with all applicable current federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Public Records Act (chapter 42.56 RCW), the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 522) and the Records Retention Act (chapter 40.14 RCW).

Lessee will comply with the rules and regulations of the Building adopted by Lessor which are set forth on a schedule attached to this Lease. At any time, Lessor may change and amend the rules and regulations in any reasonable manner not inconsistent with the terms of this Lease as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, preservation of good order and operation or use of the Building or the Leased Premises. All changes and amendments to the rules and regulations of the Building will be sent by Lessor to Lessee in writing and must thereafter be carried out and observed by Lessee.
Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations. The CONSULTANT shall comply fully with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations. You agree to comply with all existing and future instructions used by Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with and be bound by all applicable state or federal laws, rules and regulations affecting the use of checks, drafts, fund transfers, and ACH transactions, including but not limited to, rules and procedural guidelines established by the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC"), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These laws, procedures, rules, regulations, and definitions shall be incorporated herein by reference.

The Student shall comply with all rules, regulations and standards, of conduct established by ACG, as well as the laws, regulations, ordinances and standards of conduct of Greece. The Student understands that violation of applicable rules, regulations and standards of conduct, laws, regulations, ordinances and standards of conduct mandated by Greece may result in disciplinary action, including suspension and expulsion from the Program as well as possible prosecution by the Greek authorities. In the event that a violation results in suspension or expulsion from the Program, ACG reserves the right to require that the Student return to the United States. The Student shall be responsible and obligated to pay any and all expenses incurred as a consequence of such disciplinary action. The Student shall also be responsible and obligated to pay any and all expenses incurred as a consequence of any civil, criminal, or similar prosecution brought by the Greek authorities and/or any third party. ACG and the Sponsor shall not be responsible for providing any assistance to the Student under such circumstances.

Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations. Adviser represents and warrants that it shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the provisions of its organizational documents and any and all material contractual obligations in providing the Services.
