ACH Transactions definition

ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic fund transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) provided by a Bank Product Provider for the account of Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
ACH Transactions means any automated clearinghouse transfer of funds by a Lender Group member (or any Affiliate of a Lender Group member) for the account of any Credit Party pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.
ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo or its Affiliates for the account of Borrower or its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of ACH Transactions

ACH Transactions means all debts, liabilities, and obligations now or hereafter owing from the Borrower to the Bank arising from or related to the automatic clearing house transfer of funds by the Bank for the account of the Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.
ACH Transactions any cash management or related services including controlled disbursement accounts and the automated clearinghouse transfer of funds by any Lender for the account of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.
ACH Transactions means any overdrafts, cash management or related services by a Bank Product Provider consisting of the automatic clearinghouse transfer of funds for the account of a Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdraft for any accounts of Borrowers maintained at such Bank Product Provider that are subject to the control of Agent pursuant to a Blocked Account Agreement to which Agent or such Bank Product Provider is a party, as applicable.
ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services provided by Bank of America to Borrower or any other Credit Party, including the automatic clearing house transfer of funds by Bank of America for the account of the Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.
ACH Transactions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
