Changes to Project. Should the Subgrantee wish to make changes to the outcomes, Scope of Work, equipment to be purchased, key personnel, expenditures or deliverables, the Subgrantee must request permission to revise the project. This is done by submitting a Change Request. Changes within a budget category that are more than ten percent (10%) of the award or that move funds from one budget category to another require submission of a Change Request. Approval must be obtained from the Division before the changes are implemented in the project. Approval will be granted for changes that are consistent with the intent of the approved application or prior Change Requests. Changes to the project must be requested using the Change Request in the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Changes to Project. Landlord shall have the right, in Landlord's sole discretion, from time to time, to make changes to the size, shape, location, number and extent of the improvements comprising the Project (hereinafter referred to as "Changes") including, but not limited to, the Project interior and exterior, the Common Areas, elevators, escalators, restrooms, HVAC, electrical systems, communication systems, fire protection and detection systems, plumbing systems, security systems, parking control systems, driveways, entrances, parking spaces, parking areas and landscaped areas. In connection with the Changes, Landlord may, among other things, erect scaffolding or other necessary structures at the Project, limit or eliminate access to portions of the Project, including portions of the Common Areas, or perform work in the Building, which work may create noise, dust or leave debris in the Building. Tenant hereby agrees that such Changes and Landlord's actions in connection with such Changes shall in no way constitute a constructive eviction of Tenant or entitle Tenant to any abatement of rent. Landlord shall have no responsibility or for any reason be liable to Tenant for any direct or indirect injury to or interference with Tenant's business arising from the Changes, nor shall Tenant be entitled to any compensation or damages from Landlord for any inconvenience or annoyance occasioned by such Changes or Landlord's actions in connection with such Changes.
Changes to Project. The Awardee shall obtain the prior written approval of RUS for any material change to the system design, construction, Timeline, delivery of services, and/or objective(s) of the Project.

Landlord shall have no responsibility or for any reason be liable to Tenant for any direct or indirect injury to or interference with Tenant's business arising from the Changes, nor shall Tenant be entitled to any compensation or damages from Landlord for any inconvenience or annoyance occasioned by such Changes or Landlord's actions in connection with such Changes.
Changes to Project. The Company may at its own expense cause the Project to be remodeled or cause such substitutions, modifications and improvements to be made to the Project from time to time as the Company, in its discretion, may deem to be desirable for its uses and purposes, which remodeling, substitutions, modifications and improvements shall be included under the terms of this Agreement as part of the Project; provided, however, that no such remodeling, substitutions, modifications or improvements shall change the description of the Project set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement or change the function of any principal component of the Project described in Exhibit A to this Agreement unless, in either case, the Trustee and the Issuer first receive a Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel with respect to such change. If any such supplement or amendment affects the description of the Project, the Company and the Issuer will amend Exhibit A to this Agreement to reflect such supplement or amendment, which supplement or amendment will not be considered as an amendment to this Agreement requiring the consent of any Owner, the Trustee or the Provider for the purposes of Article XII of the Indenture.
Changes to Project. The Grantee shall obtain the prior written approval of RUS for any material change to the scope, design, activities, construction, or objectives of the Project, including, but not limited to, the technologies to be used, the communities to be served, the community-oriented connectivity plan as set forth by the Grantee in its Application for this Grant, or to any changes to discrete budget line items, or the amount of Grant funds allocated thereto, within the overall Project.

Changes to Project. The Parties acknowledge that the PSB has ultimate regulatory authority over the Project. If the PSB grants a CPG and TDI-NE chooses in its sole discretion to proceed with the Project, TDI-NE must build the Project in accordance with the terms of such approval. The Agreement pertains only to the Project as it is presently proposed at the time the Agreement is executed. If it becomes apparent to either party that the Agreement needs to be amended to conform to the terms of the PSB approval, the requesting party shall provide notice and within 30 days thereafter the Parties shall commence to negotiate in good faith to amend the Agreement so that performance is possible within those terms.
Changes to Project. The parties acknowledge that changes to the Existing Project or Development Approvals may be appropriate and mutually desirable. City shall act on such applications, if any, in accordance with the Existing Land Use Regulations, subject to the Reservations of Authority, or except as otherwise provided by this Agreement. If approved, any such change in the Existing Development Approvals shall be incorporated, and may be further changed from time to time as provided in this Section 4.3. This Agreement shall not prevent the City, in acting on such application(s) from applying Subsequent Land Use Regulations that do not conflict with the Development Plan, nor shall this Agreement prevent the City from denying or conditionally approving the application based on the Existing Land Use Regulations, the Development Plan or any Subsequent Land Use Regulation not in conflict with the Development Plan. The granting of one such change shall not obligate the City to grant other similar changes.
Changes to Project. Subaward payments will not be made for costs related to any changes in the Project unless and until such change has been reviewed, approved, and accepted by the County. The Subrecipient shall certify, in each Subaward Disbursement Request Form submitted, that the disbursement requested does not include payment for any costs for changes to the Project which have not been so reviewed, approved, and accepted.
