Common use of Changes to Project Clause in Contracts

Changes to Project. The parties acknowledge that changes to the Existing Project or Development Approvals may be appropriate and mutually desirable. City shall act on such applications, if any, in accordance with the Existing Land Use Regulations, subject to the Reservations of Authority, or except as otherwise provided by this Agreement. If approved, any such change in the Existing Development Approvals shall be incorporated, and may be further changed from time to time as provided in this Section 4.3. This Agreement shall not prevent the City, in acting on such application(s) from applying Subsequent Land Use Regulations that do not conflict with the Development Plan, nor shall this Agreement prevent the City from denying or conditionally approving the application based on the Existing Land Use Regulations, the Development Plan or any Subsequent Land Use Regulation not in conflict with the Development Plan. The granting of one such change shall not obligate the City to grant other similar changes.
