Parking Spaces. All fees, taxes, costs, charges and expenses for operating cleaning, painting, managing maintaining, up-keeping, repair, replacement, renovation, overhaul, in respect of the Parking Spaces and also on deployment of personnel and agency for its operation, security, protection and other purposes etc.
Parking Spaces. All members shall have free parking on campus. The President shall establish regulations for traffic and parking as necessary. Parking permits from any of the universities shall be honored on the same basis as for local members at each other university.

Parking Spaces. Prior to the commencement of the first Game Period, Licensee shall be provided with a "Permit". No vehicle shall be permitted to enter the Parking Facility without a Permit, which shall be attached to the rear-view mirror of each Permitted Vehicle at all times while the Permitted Vehicle is in the Parking Facility. Kanta may tow away, or cause to be towed away, at the expense of the Licensee, any Permitted Vehicle remaining in the Parking Facility after a Game Period or any Permitted Vehicle which does not have the Permit attached to its rear-view mirror at all times while in the Parking Facility.
Parking Spaces. Tenant(s) dwelling unit «Has Shared Utilities» Has «Does Not have Shared Utilities» Does Not have, shared utilities. Most older buildings have shared utility charges which are included as part of the monthly rent and most newer buildings do not. Shared utilities are water service, sewer service, and trash service (if applicable) which are included as part of the monthly rent as shown in "Monthly Rent" (LC, Article I, Section 2.1) of this Lease Contract. Trash pickup is included in the monthly rent if the building that Tenant’s dwelling unit is in has a dumpster for trash removal. Otherwise trash pickup is not included unless stated otherwise in this Lease Contract. Tenant(s) is responsible for reimbursing Landlord and paying any utility charges that are due because Tenant failed to put utilities in their name or that Landlord has to pay because of Tenant’s failure to pay or purchase required utilities. Tenant is required to have the following utilities hooked up and in working order at all times: cellular phone or phone, electricity, water, sewer and, if applicable, oil, kerosene, natural or propane gas heat. For additional utility requirements and information see “Utility Requirements” (R&R, Article II, Section 77). Tenant is required as a condition of this Lease Contract as stated in Communications and Electronic Documents” (R&R, Article II, Section 17) to provide Landlord with their working email address, cellular number, and VOIP number or landline number (if applicable), to keep them in working order and to provide Landlord with any changes to them. Tenant expressly consents that Landlord may use them to contact Tenant for transactional and informational purposes, as Landlord deems Tenant agrees to park no more than «Parking Spaces» car(s) in the parking lot (including any auxiliary parking lot) and abide by the parking rules and regulations see “Parking” (R&R, Article II, Section 52) and any specific Parking Policies that apply to Tenant’s dwelling unit.
Parking Spaces. The rental rate for each affordable rental unit shall include at least one parking space associated with the unit and located within the parking area or structure serving the building where the affordable unit is located.
Parking Spaces. LANDLORD agrees to furnish 3 1/3 unreserved parking spaces per thousand square feet of space occupied by the TENANT.
Parking Spaces. During the Lease Term, the Lessee may use for parking purposes only, three (3) parking spaces to be allocated to it by the Lessor in the parking lot attached to the Building (respectively: “the Parking Spaces”; “the Parking Lot”). The Lessor may change the location of the Parking Spaces from time to time, at its sole discretion, subject to provision of notice to the Lessee, without the Lessee having any claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand in this regard. For the Parking Spaces, the Lessee will pay the Lessor a total in NIS equivalent NIS [**] per month, when this sum is linked to the Base CPI plus VAT as required by law. The following provisions apply to use of any of the Parking Spaces: The parking fees to be paid for the Parking Spaces, as stipulated above, will be paid for the right of use of the Parking Spaces only, and not for security or provision of another service to the Lessee and/or for a vehicle that parked in the Parking Spaces. By signing this Addendum, the Lessee confirms that it is aware that the Lessor does not provide security services of any kind in Parking Pots of the Park. The Lessee exempts the Lessor of any liability to safeguard the vehicles parked in the Parking Spaces and the provisions of the Bailees Law, 1967 shall not apply to this Agreement. The Lessee will bear all taxes and fees for the Parking Spaces, if applicable, including and without derogation, payment of municipal rates and taxes for the Parking Spaces. The Lessee and/or its representatives undertake to comply with all instructions of the Lessor and/or any party acting of its behalf related to management of the Parking Lot, its operating arrangements, parking arrangements and traffic therein, etc., including those displayed from time to time throughout the Parking Lot by means of signs and/or in any other manner. To avoid any doubt, the Lessor and/or its representatives and/or any entity and/or person engaged by it and/or acting on its behalf are not liable for any harm, theft, damage or loss of any kind and/or for any reason incurred by the Lessee and/or its representatives, to a vehicle and/or any other person or property in the Parking Lot area.
Parking Spaces. Licensed automobiles, SUV’s, pickup trucks, and motorcycles must park within one stripped parking space at a time. Negligently using more than one space or parking in unauthorized areas—driveways, sidewalks, landscaped areas, is strictly forbidden and subject to towing at owner’s expense without warning.
Parking Spaces. Employees whose parking space is taken over for other purposes, shall be provided parking in the next nearest available parking lot at a rate not to exceed the previously paid rate. If the original parking space is returned to service, the original holder of that space shall have first option to regain parking rights.
