Parking Spaces. All members shall have free parking on campus. The President shall establish regulations for traffic and parking as necessary. Parking permits from any of the universities shall be honored on the same basis as for local members at each other university.

Parking Spaces. Prior to the commencement of the first Game Period, Licensee shall be provided with a "Permit". No vehicle shall be permitted to enter the Parking Facility without a Permit, which shall be attached to the rear-view mirror of each Permitted Vehicle at all times while the Permitted Vehicle is in the Parking Facility. Kanta may tow away, or cause to be towed away, at the expense of the Licensee, any Permitted Vehicle remaining in the Parking Facility after a Game Period or any Permitted Vehicle which does not have the Permit attached to its rear-view mirror at all times while in the Parking Facility.
Parking Spaces. All fees, taxes, costs, charges and expenses for operating cleaning, painting, managing maintaining, up-keeping, repair, replacement, renovation, overhaul, in respect of the Parking Spaces and also on deployment of personnel and agency for its operation, security, protection and other purposes etc.
Parking Spaces. The rental rate for each affordable rental unit shall include at least one parking space associated with the unit and located within the parking area or structure serving the building where the affordable unit is located.
Parking Spaces. 4.1. The right given to the Lessee in the parking lots, as part of the Leased Property, is a right of use only. Use of the parking spaces will be allowed during the operating hours of the parking lot.
4.2. The rental fees are for the right to use the parking spaces only, and not for guarding or providing any other service to the Lessee and/or someone on its behalf and/or for the vehicle that will be parked in the parking spaces and/or for keeping the parking space vacant. The Lessee releases the Lessor from any responsibility for guarding the vehicles parked in the parking lots and the provisions of the Protection Law, 5727-1967 shall not apply to this Agreement.
4.3. The Lessee undertakes to comply with all the instructions relating to management of the parking lot, its operating procedures, the parking and traffic procedures in it, etc., including those that will be displayed from time to time throughout the parking lot using signs and/or other means, including the condominium bylaws.
4.4. At the request of the Lessor and/or the management company, the Lessee will sign a letter of commitment in the form provided by the Lessor, confirming the above and additional conditions for using the parking lot prior to the start of using the parking spaces, in the form that will be used in the building.
4.5. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 3.8, the Lessee may sublease some or all of the parking spaces to a sublessee, provided it informs the Lessor in advance in writing about subleasing the parking spaces. All responsibility regarding leasing the parking spaces shall apply to the Lessee, including vacating the Leased Property in accordance with this Agreement. The Lessee undertakes that the sublease agreement will include a clause according to which the Lessor has no responsibility towards the sublessee and that the sublease agreement is subject to this agreement and especially to the subject of vacating the Leased Property on the dates specified in this Agreement. It will also be clarified that if the Lessee violates this Agreement and is required to vacate the Leased Property, the sublessee will also vacate the Leased Property without him or the Lessee having any claim and/or demand against the Lessor.

Parking Spaces. LANDLORD agrees to furnish 3 1/3 unreserved parking spaces per thousand square feet of space occupied by the TENANT.
Parking Spaces. Employees whose parking space is taken over for other purposes, shall be provided parking in the next nearest available parking lot at a rate not to exceed the previously paid rate. If the original parking space is returned to service, the original holder of that space shall have first option to regain parking rights.
Parking Spaces. In connection with the leasing of the East Wing Premises hereunder, so long as Tenant shall not be in default under the Lease beyond the expiration of applicable notice and cure periods, Tenant shall have the right to use four(4) parking spaces in the Automobile Parking Areas on an unreserved, unassigned basis, in common with other tenants of the Building. During the Lease Term for the East Wing Premises, Tenant shall pay to Landlord each month with the payment of Base Rent the then monthly parking charge (currently $250 per space per month) set by Landlord, regardless of whether Tenant or any invitees, employees or contractors of Tenant actually use such spaces, for each of the four (4) parking spaces (the “East Wing Parking Charges”). Such rate shall be subject to change by Landlord during the Lease Term for the East Wing Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for causing its visitors to park only in spaces or areas marked “Visitor parking” and Tenant and its employees shall not park in spaces or areas marked “Visitor-Parking” or “No parking”. Landlord reserves the right to tow any cars parked in “Visitor Parking” or “No Parking” areas at the sole expense of the owner of the improperly parked car. Landlord reserves the right to designate reserved parking spaces for the Building’s tenants. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create liability upon Landlord for any damage to motor vehicles of Tenant’s Permittees, or from loss of property from within such motor vehicles while parked in the Automobile Parking Areas. Landlord has the right to enforce against all users of the Automobile Parking Areas the rules and regulations set forth on the Parking Rules and Regulations attached as Exhibit C to the Lease, as the same may be amended by Landlord from time to time. Tenant may elect to discontinue the use of one or more parking spaces upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord, and Tenant’s right to recommence the use of such discontinued spaces shall be subject to availability, as determined by Landlord.
