Without prejudice and subject to the Concession, the ownership of the Existing Project Facilities, including all modifications, renovations and improvements made therein by the Concessionaire, shall at all times remain that of MCD.
The existing power connections for the Existing Project Facilities will, to the extent required, be maintained at the relevant Effective Service Area by the Authority for the Project Period.
The Construction Requirements for the Existing Project Facilities as defined in the Concession Agreement have been specified in this schedule.
