O Dangerous driving whilst on duty. O Misuse of company vehicles or property. O Wilful damage O Theft O Any criminal offence. O Incapacity due to loss of Security Industry License O Use or possession or sale of Alcohol or Illicit Drugs whilst on duty or breaches of clause 24 of this agreement. O Loss or suspension of any relevant license, clearance or certificate eg Security Industry license, security clearance, drivers licence or First Aid Certificate. O Unauthorised use of company or client property or equipment including phone and internet. O Aggressive behaviour including but not limited to sexual harassment. O Failing to advice of inability to attend for duty. O Consuming alcohol prior to the commencement of a shift O Failure to comply with W, H & S policies and work procedures.
