Company Property definition

Company Property means any and all property, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, whether contributed or otherwise acquired, owned by the Company.
Company Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).
Company Property means any real property and improvements, now or heretofore, owned, leased, occupied or operated by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Property

Company Property means all items and materials provided by the Company to the Executive, or to which the Executive has access, in the course of his employment, including, without limitation, all files, records, documents, drawings, specifications, memoranda, notes, reports, manuals, equipment, computer disks, videotapes, drawings, blueprints and other documents and similar items relating to the Company, its Affiliates or their respective customers, whether prepared by the Executive or others, and any and all copies, abstracts and summaries thereof.
Company Property means any Property owned by the Company.
