PERIOD OF SERVICE. The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. The term “Period of Service” means the continuous period of the Participant’s Employment up to the Termination Date, and also includes any prior period of Employment separated by: (i) any break in Employment as a result of a leave of absence authorized by the Company or by law; and (ii) any break in Employment not authorized by the Company or by law lasting twelve (12) months or less.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. The CONSULTANT’S period of service shall complete the scope of work stated in Exhibit A by December 31, 2015. No payment will be made for work undertaken before the OWNER issues a written “Notice to Proceed”. The CONSULTANT’S services shall be provided in general accordance with the schedule as defined in Exhibit B.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. This Work Authorization shall become effective on the date of final acceptance of the parties hereto, and terminate upon completion of scopes of the work authorization.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. (A) The services, and if more than one, then each phase thereof, shall be completed in accordance with the schedule contained in Exhibit VI, "Performance Schedule," attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. The Consultant and the Sponsor will be required to meet this schedule.

There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Engineer for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Engineer with a written notice to proceed which shall be issued upon execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Engineer pursuant to Section 14.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. The employee's period of service commenced on the [Insert day, month, year]. No employment with a previous employer shall count as part of the period of continuous service.
PERIOD OF SERVICE. Consultant must perform the services described in Exhibit “A” for the term of this Agreement. Unless amended in writing by the Parties, the Agreement term expires calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Date.
