Phone and Internet. Unless otherwise specified, all homes are equipped with a high- speed Wi-Fi connection where service is available, and we will provide you with any required Wi-Fi passwords. If Guest has any problems accessing the internet, please notify Minnestay immediately. Please note that internet connectivity issues are outside of The Company’s control. While we will do our best to work with the Internet Service Providers to resolve connectivity issues as quickly as possible, we are at the mercy of the service providers to resolve issues. As this is a complimentary service, no refunds will be assessed for internet connectivity issues. We do not provide a land line phone for all homes and suggest that you please use your mobile phone or Wi-Fi enabled phone for calls.

Phone and Internet. Our cell phone plan only has 1000 minutes/month so please use it sparingly. Long distance is charged at $0.50/minute so do not make long distance calls. Internet is available upon request but there will be an additional charge for its use.
Phone and Internet. (1) Phone and internet access is provided to the tenant, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
(2) The tenant obliges to assume full responsibility and to take over all costs that occur when using the phone and internet.
(3) Phone calls to fixed networks of the following countries are free of charge: Germany, Switzerland, all European Union countries, USA and Australia. Phone calls to all mobile networks in Germany are also free of charge. All other phone calls will be billed as incidental costs.
(4) The tenant agrees, that all called phone numbers are logged including the start time and duration of the call in order to make a settlement possible. This data is provided by the phone provider and is also recorded in the phone system of the landlord.
(5) The tenant is not authorized to make any changes in the configuration of the phone or the phone system. Manipulations may lead to a termination without notice by full payment of the rent.
(6) Internet access via wireless LAN is free of charge. The tenant assumes full responsibility for all costs, which occur when accessing commercial web sites.
(7) The tenant obliges to use devices via wireless LAN for accessing the internet only, if they are equipped with an up-to-date antivirus software. A firewall is provided in the wireless LAN router of the landlord. The configuration of this firewall is entirely up to the landlord.
(8) The landlord expressly rejects all liability for direct or indirect damages caused by loss of data or infection with viruses on any device of the tenant in the context of using wireless LAN and internet access. For security reasons it is strongly recommended to use company laptops exclusively via VPN (Virtual Private Network).
(9) The tenant obliges not to misuse phone and internet, in particular • not to disturb, to change or to damage the phone network or other networks; • not to transmit malicious software, illegal advertisements, chain letters or other harassing messages; • not to violate rights of third parties, especially protection rights (e.g. copyrights); • not to use services to establish connections, which may trick the called party into payments in the context of the call and/or the duration of the call (e.g. connections to advertisement hotlines); • not to use the provided services to make a computer permanently available as server; • to use circuit switched data services only for establishing manual connections from the end device; • not to forward connections or...
