TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. 2.0261 Less than full-time employees in each of the classifications above shall have medical, dental, and vision insurance available to them but the Board's contribution for said coverage shall be pro-rated based upon the portion of a work week the part-time employee works in relationship to that of a full-time employee in the same classification (i.e., a custodian who works twenty (20) hours per week would have a Board contribution of fifty percent (50%) of that which the Board contributes for a custodian who works forty (40) hours per week).
TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. Regular part time employees shall be provided the opportunity to purchase benefits of one of the plans described in Article XVII, Sections B and C at the Employer plan’s premium cost. TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. Section 19.1. Part-Time Employee Defined. A part-time employee is defined as one who is regularly scheduled to a lesser number of hours than a full-time employee as provided for in the work schedule of Article IV.

TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. ARTICLE S REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEE ENTITLEMENTS
TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. Accrual and payment of all paid holidays and all benefits including shared cost arrangements for all employees shall be on a pro rata basis of hours worked in the six month period. The calculation of pro rata percentage shall be determined by averaging the hours worked in the previous six (6) month period as follows: Total hours of pay periods The six month period shall coincide with the pay period ending on or about June and December of each year and the re-calculated proration percentage, where applicable, shall be effective commencing the months of August and February respectively. The one exception to this calculation will be an employee who successfully bids or otherwise obtains a new position. In this instance an employee who qualifies immediately shall receive entitlement up to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Employer’s paid share of premiums and benefits in the case of a full-time position or, in the case of a position with fewer hours, a new proration formula reflecting the position for which the employee has successfully bid. When an employee is on: maternity or parental leave, or approved leave of absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days. proration upon return shall be based on the percentage in effect just prior to the commencement of the leave.
