Uniform Allowance. ‌ If the Employer requires an employee to supply and/or maintain specified clothing in place of a uniform which would otherwise be supplied and maintained for jobs involving the direct care of patients/residents, then a clothing/maintenance allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per bi-weekly pay period shall be paid. This allowance does not apply to non-patient/non-resident areas.

Uniform Allowance. 22.1 The Employer may prescribe the type of uniform to be worn and may designate the Employees who will be required to wear uniforms. For those Employees who are required to wear uniforms, the Employer will provide uniforms in accordance with the policies and procedures governing uniforms in effect on the date of the execution of this Agreement.
Uniform Allowance. (a) The City will pay each employee a uniform allowance in accordance with paragraphs (b) and (c) below.
