These are businesses that provide payment-processing services to merchants and other business entities, typically initiating transactions on behalf of merchant clients that do not have a direct relationship with the Payment Processor’s financial institution. Examples of services include (but not limited to) (i) credit card payments (ii) Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits (iii) creating and depositing remotely created checks (RCCs) or “demand drafts.”

If prohibited activity, suspicious activity and/or unsatisfactory account handling is detected, the Credit Union will review the account and take action either by limiting services or closing the account. We do not accept business accounts or personal accounts transacting in any type of virtual currency (cryptocurrency) services or transactions. Prohibited transactions include, but are not limited to: (i) wires (incoming/outgoing) (ii) ACH transactions (incoming/outgoing) (iii) privately owned ATMs dealing specifically with crypto-currency (iv) credit or debit card transactions. We monitor all members and transactions. If prohibited activity, suspicious activity and/or unsatisfactory account handling is detected, the Credit Union will review the account and take action either by limiting services or closing the account. (Refer to Limitation of Services). • Internet Gambling (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006). The Credit Union is prohibited from processing illegal transactions, through your Accounts or through our relationship with you, including unlawful Internet gambling transactions. You may not use your account in any manner or for any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality. We will refuse to process any such activity. We will impose restrictions on your account including closing your account if you engage in unlawful activity. If you use your Account relationship or engage in a transaction that is determined to be illegal, you will be liable to us. You waive any right to take legal action against the Credit Union for any illegal use or transactions and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Credit Union and any third-party processors from and against any lawsuits, other legal action, or liability that results directly or indirectly from such illegal use or transactions. You agree to certify to us at Account opening and, if requested, annually that you do not engage in an Internet gambling business. Third Party Payment Processors. Payments processed via the ORock Platform by third party payment processors are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those payment gateways and are not accessible or controlled by ORock. For payments processed via third party payment processors, we may receive information related to your payment card type and last four digits, postal code, country of origin, and payment expiration date. For additional information, we recommend that you review the third-party payment processor's Privacy Policy.
Third Party Payment Processors. For purposes of processing on-line credit card, debit, and ACH donations, you acknowledge that as a condition for the use of the Services, you must (a) apply for and be granted one or more merchant accounts through First American Payment Systems, or other credit card processor approved by GiveCentral, and (b) comply with the terms of the applicable payment processor's terms of service.

Any purchases of Development Software facilitated by such third-party payment processors must occur outside of Adobe Express. Third Party Payment Processors. You acknowledge and agree that your Payment Method may involve the use of Third Party Payment Processors that may charge you additional fees when processing payments and refunds in connection with the Platform (including deducting charges from the payment amount). Your Payment Method may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by such Third Party Payment Processors. Please review these terms and conditions before using your Payment Method. The payment services with respect to the Platform may contain links to Third Party Payment Processor websites or resources. Your access to or use of certain payment services, including the services of Third Party Payment Processors, may be subject to, or require you to accept, additional terms and conditions. You should review these terms and conditions carefully. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions applicable for a specific payment service, including of a contract with a Third Party Payment Processor, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that payment service, unless otherwise specified in such terms and conditions.
Third Party Payment Processors. If you pay by credit card or certain other payment instruments, you may be provided with a third-party interface to input, change, and update your payment information to make payment. Payments made by credit card, debit card or certain other payment instruments for the Services may be billed and processed by a third-party payment agent. You hereby authorize the third-party agent to charge your credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument for the Services, both in advance on a periodic basis if applicable and in accordance with any Order, Invoice, or the Services. To the extent the payment agent is not Fracsun, the payment agent is acting solely as a billing and processing agent for and on behalf of Fracsun and shall not be construed to be providing the applicable Service. Any third-party payment agent or intermediary is not permitted to store, retain or use your billing information except to process payment for the Services. Fracsun reserves the right to charge you for any transaction or service fee charged to Fracsun for processing payments.
Third Party Payment Processors. Gizer uses third-party electronic payment processors and financial institutions (“Payment Processors”) to process payments. The information that We provide to and receive from these Payment Processors and the manner in which such information is used and disclosed is described in further detail in the Gizer Privacy Policy. Users irrevocably authorize Us, as necessary, to instruct such Payment Processors to handle payments and Users irrevocably agree that Gizer may give such instructions on a User’s behalf in accordance with User requests as submitted through the Services. Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable Payment Processor, and in the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Payment Processors’ terms and conditions, then these Terms shall prevail. Users agree that Gizer is not liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of credit cards or other methods of payment by a third party in connection with a User’s use of the Services, except as a result of the gross negligence of Gizer.
