Payment Services. 2.1 If the Payment Services is registered by the Application and the relevant Consents are submitted by the Customer, the Bank shall provide to the Customer the services (the “Payment Services”) of money transfer (“Money Transfer”) between the Accounts and other accounts as registered by the Customer.

Payment operations, including (i) Payment transfers from the payswix account to the Client’s and / or third parties payment accounts opened with another PSPs, (ii) Payment operations when money is given to the Client under a credit line: Payment operations using a payment card or a similar Payment instrument and / or credit transfers, including periodic Payment transfers; (iii) issuance and / or acceptance of Payment instruments; (iv) Payment operations using a payment card or a similar Payment instrument.

Payment services (i) rely solely on timely and accurate Customer Data provided to the Payroll Service by Customer and (ii) facilitate the transfer of payroll-related funds from Customer’s designated bank accounts to Employee, Third Party, and Authorized Tax Agency designated bank accounts via ACH.

THERE IS A RISK THAT THIRD PARTIES MAY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS PAYMENT SERVICES ON YOUR BEHALF OR ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN INFORMATION AND DATA RELATED TO PAYMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THIS RISK AS INHERENT TO THE NATURE OF THE PAYMENT SERVICES AND YOU AGREE TO TAKE ADEQUATE SECURITY PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA.

For your convenience, you may elect to have CenturyLink retain your payment information, including but not limited to your billing name, address, telephone number, credit card/debit card/charge card information or numbers, bank or financial institution information, applicable expiration dates, and permit such information to be used in future transactions with CenturyLink that you authorize. You are responsible for adding, updating, maintaining, deleting, and verifying the accuracy of any payment information that you ask CenturyLink to retain for you. You agree CenturyLink will not be responsible for any transactions rejected due to erroneous or outdated payment information. You also agree that CenturyLink will not be liable for any use, misuse, lost, stolen or incorrect account or payment information. Additional fees may be assessed to you when using Payment Services, and you agree to pay all such fees.

PayPal (i) registers individuals and legal entities to become Paying Users, capable of remitting funds resulting from the purchase of goods and/or services by electronic means; and (ii) qualifies individuals and legal entities to become Receiving Users and accept PayPal as a payment instrument in relation to the sale of goods and/or services, receiving, by electronic means, the funds resulting therefrom in their Account managed by PayPal.

Payment Services the Company is authorized to provide the following payment services: (i) execution of payment transactions, including transfers of Funds on a payment account with the payment service provider of the payment service user or with another payment service provider: execution of direct debits, including one- off direct debits, execution of payment transactions through a payment card or a similar device and/or execution of credit transfers, including standing orders; (ii) Issuing of electronic money; (iii) distribution and redemption of electronic money; (iv) payment initiation services; (v) Issuing of payment instruments and/or acquiring of payment; (vi) account information services.
