Processing Services definition
Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.
Processing Services means those services that are described in Schedule C to this Addendum, and which are necessary to establish a Program and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law the Rules.
Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

Processing Services means payment processing and acquiring services for both Card Not Present (CNP) and Point of Sale (POS), including the acceptance and processing of Transactions (hereinafter defined), Transaction reporting, settlement of funds, and other related services provided by Processor.
