Usage Data definition

Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.

Examples of Usage Data in a sentence

  • Customer Account Data and Customer Usage Data will be processed and stored as set forth in Company’s privacy policy.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that with respect to Customer Account Data and Customer Usage Data, Company is an independent controller, not a joint controller with Customer.

  • Categories of Personal Data: Company processes Personal Data contained in Customer Account Data, Customer Usage Data, and any Personal Data provided by Customer or its users or otherwise collected by Company in order to provide the Services or as otherwise set forth in the Agreement or this Addendum.

More Definitions of Usage Data

Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).
Usage Data means all metadata and navigational, transactional, computer (e.g., IP address and browser), statistical, analytical, and similar data collected, generated, or derived from the use of the Services by Customer or its Subsidiaries or on their behalf.
Usage Data means statistical data, analytics, trends and usage information derived from each Circuit User’s use of Circuit. For example, this may include such things as information about your operating environment, such as your network and systems architecture, or sessions, such as page loads and session views, duration, or interactions, errors, number of searches, source types and format (e.g., json, xml, csv), ingest volume, number of active and licensed users, or search concurrency. Usage Data does not include Customer Content.
