Usage Data definition
Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
Usage Data means any and all information and/or data associated with or collected from each Authorised User, if any, which is received, stored, or processed by Us in connection with the Services and includes aggregate information, Usage and traffic data, IP addresses, transactional or financial information, account or User names, passwords, registration information, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or any other forms of personally identifiable information.
Usage Data means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ technical logs, data, and learnings about Customer’s use of the Offering, excluding Customer Data.
Examples of Usage Data in a sentence
The Customer warrants and represents that it has the authority, including all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions and consent, to upload and use, and to permit the Supplier to use and process the Usage Data, Outputs and Customer Feedback in accordance with this Agreement.
The Customer acknowledges that the Supplier may also share certain Usage Data and/or Customer Feedback in an aggregated and fully anonymized form with third parties (for example, in the Supplier’s marketing materials or with existing or potential investors).
More Definitions of Usage Data
Usage Data means such data or information as Bentley may collect relating to Subscriber’s installation, access or use of Products, Product features and functionality, Cloud Offerings (as defined in the Cloud Offering Terms, and other Bentley services, including but not limited to usage statistics that do not consist of any personally identifiable information, such as volume of use, duration of use, time of use, number of users, features used, and location of users.
Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).
Usage Data means any diagnostic and usage related information from the use, performance, and operation of the Products, including but not limited to, type of browser, Product features, and systems that are used and/or accessed, and system and Product performance data. Usage Data means anonymized or aggregated Service Data and other data collected by us regarding the use of your User Account and the Services.
Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.
Usage Data means AvePoint’s technical logs, data and learnings about Customer’s use of the Services (e.g., frequency of logins). For clarity, Usage Data does not include Customer Data.
