Usage Data definition

Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

Usage Data means any and all information and/or data associated with or collected from each Authorised User, if any, which is received, stored, or processed by Us in connection with the Services and includes aggregate information, Usage and traffic data, IP addresses, transactional or financial information, account or User names, passwords, registration information, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or any other forms of personally identifiable information.

Usage Data means queries, logs, and other information about Customer’s or a User’s use of the Services, excluding Content.

Examples of Usage Data in a sentence

• Jeeves, Third-Party Service Providers, Issuers, and the Card Networks collect Personal Data and Usage Data through your use of the Services, Payment Methods, and Cards.

• Admincontrol may use other Visma companies and third-party subcontractors for the provision and development of the Software, hereunder processing of Personal Data, and/ or Usage Data.

• Trimble owns all Intellectual Property Rights in Anonymized Data and Usage Data.

• This Attachment sets forth the terms and conditions for SBC KANSAS’ provision of Usage Data (as defined in this Attachment) to CLEC.

• Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, EULA or Additional Use Terms, Signify shall ensure that the use of Usage Data will exclude any Personal Data and any data that would enable the identification of Customer or company or organization.

More Definitions of Usage Data

Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).

Usage Data means such data or information as Bentley may collect relating to Subscriber’s installation, access or use of Products, Product features and functionality, Cloud Offerings (as defined in Exhibit F, Section 1(d)), Passports, Online SELECT and other Bentley services.

Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.

Usage Data means anonymized and aggregated data and other information that is collected, derived, extracted, or created from the Customer Data and/or data generated by Customer’s use of the Services.

Usage Data means data generated in connection with Customer’s access, use and configuration of the Services and data derived from it (e.g., types of applications or accounts utilized or interacting with the Services).

Usage Data means AvePoint’s technical logs, data and learnings about Customer’s use of the Services (e.g., frequency of logins). For clarity, Usage Data does not include Customer Data.
