Development Software definition

Development Software means Software licensed for use in a technical environment solely for internal development and testing and not for use as Production Software.
Development Software means all software, object, source, and executable code licensed by Company as licensee which is used in the conduct of the development, maintenance, and support of the Software. A list of the Development Software is set forth in Section 1.1(d) of the Disclosure Schedule.
Development Software means On-premise Software licensed solely for (a) internal development and testing; and (b) for use on a Staging Server, when Customer is using the On-premise Software with respect to a valid license to the Production Software. In each case the Development Software may only be accessed by Users over the Customer’s intranet.

Examples of Development Software in a sentence

  • Licensee may make and install a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup and archival purposes and use such copies solely in the event that the primary copy has failed or is destroyed, but in no event may Licensee use such copies concurrently with Production Software or Development Software.

  • If Licensee has licensed Adobe Central Pro Output Server, then Adobe grants Licensee a license to install and use Adobe Central Pro Output Server either (a) as Production Software on a Per-Server or Per-User basis (as separately provided in writing by Adobe), or (b) as Development Software on a Per-Server basis.

  • Licensee's right to install and use the Software is limited based on whether the Software is licensed as Production Software or Development Software (as separately provided in writing by Adobe) and the License Metrics applicable to the particular Software Products licensed (as separately provided in writing by Adobe) and subject to the terms in Section 3, unless Licensee has licensed the Software for evaluation purposes, in which case the terms of Section 4 apply.

  • Licensee may (a) install the Development Software on Servers connected to Licensee's Internal Network provided that the total number of Computers used to operate the Development Software does not exceed the licensed amount, and (b) permit Authorized Users to use the Development Software in accordance with this Agreement.

  • In addition to the other terms contained herein, Licensee's license to the Development Software is limited to use in Licensee's technical environment strictly for testing and development purposes and not for production purposes.


More Definitions of Development Software

Development Software is standard application software currently under development by New World which, if applicable, will be completed and delivered to Customer as Licensed Standard Software during the term of this Agreement.
Development Software means the Licensor’s Software Development Kit, specified in Addendum A, including any ConText as per Addendum A , to be integrated into the Designated Application in accordance with the Documentation, as provided by Licensor for the “Development Software”. The items specified in Addendum A (i) and (ii) have been delivered to Licensee as of the Effective Date. Development Software includes any Updates or Upgrades, including any Updates and Upgrades to the ConTexts that Licensor makes available to all its customers as part of its Maintenance services obligations, if applicable, as per Addendum E.
Development Software means the tools and other portions of the Software (including, without limitation, [***]) which are used to incorporate the Run-Time Software in the Application and enable the Run-Time Software to provide search, retrieval and other functionality within the Application.
Development Software means the PSC Software identified as such in Exhibit A, along with the applicable documentation and any Updates that QAD may use to:
Development Software means the software licensed by Versant which is used for developing the Application and which can create or modify arbitrary data base schema.
Development Software means that portion of the Systems Software as set forth in Schedule 1.17 that CSG may execute and use for development of CSG Proprietary Software. Such schedule may be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.5.3, if applicable.
