Connected Devices definition

Connected Devices means sensor packages connected to the Application Service via the API licensed to Customer pursuant to the Contract.
Connected Devices means Approved Edge Devices (as defined in the Customer Agreement) that are powered on, connected to the cellular network and registered to your account in the Octave Platform.
Connected Devices. : means the Eliwell controllers connected to the Platform upon discovery thereof by Mobile Application.

  • If you acquire substantially all of the assets of a third party that are used in the design, manufacture, and assembly of devices, you may Distribute Connected Devices with brands licensed from that third party for a reasonable amount of time solely to facilitate the acquisition of those assets.
