Party Processors. UK Biobank acknowledges and agrees that the Collaborator may subcontract to third party processors to process the Materials strictly for the Permitted Purpose and only in relation to discrete elements of data computation and analysis (such processors being, "Third-Party Processors"). The Collaborator must comply with, and only engage Third-Party Processors strictly in accordance with the terms set out in clauses 14.6 to 14.10
