Business and Organizational Accounts. RBFCU offers Business and Organizational Accounts. Business and Organizational accounts are subject to the terms and conditions in both this agreement (M161AA) and an additional agreement (M161BB) for business and organizational accounts. We will not accept business transactions in a personal account. If identified, a business account must be opened. Continued non- compliance with this requirement will result in restrictions of services on your personal account. RBFCU reserves the right to refuse business relationships with the following high risk categories in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) (list subject to change):

Business and Organizational Accounts. 1CFCU offers Business and Organizational Accounts. Business and Organizational accounts are subject to the terms and conditions as in this Agreement.
Business and Organizational Accounts. Customers with a business or organizational account will be liable for all transactions that occur on the account. The owner(s)/principal officer(s) of the business or organization account authorizes all transactions made by any other persons. The owner(s)/principal officer(s) of the business/organization account agrees to be liable for any other parties designated (by being given the Access ID and password) to conduct business on the account(s).

  • Incorporation and Organization The Corporation has been incorporated or formed, as the case may be, is organized and is a valid and subsisting corporation or partnership, as the case may be, under the laws of its jurisdiction of existence and has all requisite corporate power and capacity to carry on its business as now conducted or proposed to be conducted and to own or lease and operate the property and assets thereof.

  • Due Incorporation and Organization The Adviser is duly organized and is in good standing under the laws of the State of Connecticut and is fully authorized to enter into this Agreement and carry out its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.

Each of the Company Subsidiaries is a legal entity duly organized, validly existing and, where relevant, in good standing under the Laws of its respective jurisdiction of organization and has all requisite corporate or similar power and authority to own, lease and operate its properties and assets and to carry on its business as presently conducted and is qualified to do business and is in good standing as a foreign corporation or other entity in each jurisdiction where the ownership, leasing or operation of its assets or properties or conduct of its business requires such qualification, except where the failure to be so organized, validly existing, qualified or, where relevant, in good standing, or to have such power or authority, has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect. The Company has filed with the SEC, prior to the date of this Agreement, a complete and accurate copy of the Company Governing Documents as amended to the date hereof. The Company Governing Documents are in full force and effect and the Company is not in violation of either of the Company Governing Documents. The Company has made available to Parent complete and accurate copies of the charter and bylaws, or equivalent organizational or governing documents, of each of the Company’s “significant subsidiaries” (as defined in Regulation S-X promulgated under the Securities Act), each as currently in effect.

  • Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
