TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED. Recently in the month of November, the Union and Company met for negotiations in an effort to conclude terms for an amended Collective Bargaining Agreement. At the conclusion of those meetings, a complete set of terms was reached that were then subject to an approval process from Aer Lingus headship in Ireland and also from the IAM Transportation Department leadership. I am pleased to report that the new terms have be approved by both entities and can announce the new terms of a Tentative Agreement. Some of the details include: • Job protections for the Cargo Agent Classifications • Paid vision insurance for all employees beginning in 2019 • Minimal health insurance costs increase • Increased IAMNPF contribution rates • 3-year term • Pay increaseSenior Agent premium increase • Furniture replacement allowance • No layoff protection for term of new agreement Copies of the Tentative Agreement will be available electronically with hard copies available also. TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED. On May 1, 2023, after more than two years of negotiations leading to one of the largest strikes in Canadian history, our EB bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement for more than 1,100 workers who deliver critical services to Canadians. This agreement is the product of the tenacity of PSAC members who held the line on fair wages and better working conditions. If ratified, the settlement will improve members’ working conditions in several ways. Our bargaining team unanimously recommends ratification of this tentative agreement. The duration of this new agreement is July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2025.

Seller shall be responsible for paying all costs related to the termination of the Existing Management Agreement. Seller shall use best efforts to promptly provide all information required by the Franchisor in connection with the New Franchise Agreement, and Seller and Buyer shall diligently pursue obtaining the same.   • Complete Agreement; Modification of Agreement This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof, and may not be modified, altered or amended except as set forth in Section 8.6.

  • Complete Agreement; Amendment This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements in regard thereto.   • Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included.
