Bargaining Team Clause Samples

The Bargaining Team clause defines the group of individuals authorized to represent each party during negotiations. Typically, this clause specifies who may participate in bargaining sessions, outlines their authority, and may set procedures for appointing or replacing team members. By clearly identifying the official negotiators, the clause helps streamline discussions and prevents unauthorized individuals from making binding commitments, ensuring that negotiations are conducted efficiently and with proper representation.
