Eligible Employees definition

Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.
Eligible Employees means employees, including officers, whether Directors or not, and including both full-time and part-time employees, of the Corporation or any Designated Affiliate of the Corporation;
Eligible Employees means those full-time key employees (including, without limitation, officers and directors who are also employees) of the Company or any division thereof, upon whose judgment, initiative and efforts the Company is, or will become, largely dependent for the successful conduct of its business.

More Definitions of Eligible Employees

Eligible Employees means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed nine hundred and seventy-five (975) hours of service.
Eligible Employees means those employees (including, without limitation, officers and directors who are also employees) of the Company, whose judgment, initiative and efforts are important to the Company for the management and growth of its business. For purposes of the Plan, an employee is an individual who wages are subject to the withholding of federal income tax under Section 3401 of the Code. Employee shall not include any individual (1) who provides services to the Company or any subsidiary or division thereof under an agreement, contract, or any other arrangement pursuant to which the individual is initially classified as an independent contractor or (2) whose remuneration for services has not been treated initially as subject to the withholding of federal income tax pursuant to section 3401 of the Code even if the individual is subsequently reclassified as a common law employee as a result of a final decree of a court of competent jurisdiction or the settlement of an administrative or judicial proceeding. Leased employees within the meaning of section 414(n) of the Code shall not be treated as employees under this Plan.
Eligible Employees means full-time employees (including, without limitation, officers and directors who are also employees), and certain part-time employees, of the Company or any division thereof.
Eligible Employees means employees (including employees who are officers and directors) of the Company or any Designated Affiliate thereof, whether or not they have a written employment contract with Company, determined by the Board, as employees eligible for participation in this Plan. Eligible Employees shall include Service Providers eligible for participation in this Plan as determined by the Board.
