Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to, and is subject to the provisions of, the Arrangement Agreement, except in respect of the sequence of the steps comprising the Arrangement, which shall occur in the order set forth herein.
Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement.
Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to the provisions of the Arrangement Agreement and constitutes an arrangement as referred to in section 192 of the CBCA.

The implementation of this Plan of Arrangement is expressly subject to the fulfilment and/or waiver (by the Party or Parties entitled) of the conditions precedent set out in the Arrangement Agreement. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement and the provisions of the Arrangement Agreement, the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement shall govern.
Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to, is subject to the provisions of, and forms a part of the Arrangement Agreement, except in respect of the sequence of the steps comprising the Arrangement, which shall occur in the order set forth herein. Arrangement Agreement. This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to and subject to the provisions of the Arrangement Agreement. Other than as expressly provided for herein, no portion of this Plan of Arrangement shall take effect with respect to any Party or person until the Effective Time.
Arrangement Agreement. The Shareholder acknowledges having received an execution copy of the Arrangement Agreement prior to the Shareholder’s execution of this Agreement.
