Time Option definition

Time Option means the right and option to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock set forth on the signature page hereof opposite the term Time Option.

Time Option means an Option with respect to which the commencement of exercisability is governed by Section 3.1(a) hereof.

• The Option shall consist of a Time Option and a Performance Option.

More Definitions of Time Option

Time Option means an Option granted under the Plan, which is not a Performance Option, and which becomes exercisable over time based on a Participant's continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries.

Time Option means that portion of the Option granted to the Optionee hereunder that becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of this Award.

Time Option. De Colores Spanish Immersion Center provides care and instruction in three-different classrooms for three different groups. Full-time care is provided from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday, except on the days noted on the school calendar. Part-time care is available for the Infant and Toddler groups from 8 am to 6 pm, with a minimum of three-days a week, subject to availability and approval by the Director. There are no half-day options.
