COVID-19 Vaccination definition

COVID-19 Vaccination means a dose of single course COVID-19 immunization or dual course COVID-19 immunization series approved for use in Canada (as may be updated from time to time) and which currently includes:
COVID-19 Vaccination or “Vaccination” means A Vaccination (or one Vaccination) is one dose of COVID-19 Vaccine to be administered to an Eligible Person within the Vaccination Period. Each Eligible Person is entitled to two doses of COVID-19 Vaccination.
COVID-19 Vaccination means any vaccine that is marketed to prevent COVID-19 or any vaccine that is marketed to diminish or decrease the symptoms of COVID-19;

  • Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.

COVID-19 Vaccination means vaccinations provided in accordance with the CDC Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program, or other state or federal programs, and vaccination-related follow-up.
COVID-19 Vaccination or “Vaccine” means a vaccine intended to prevent individuals from contracting COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 caused by SARs-CoV-2) and that has received EUA from the FDA. The vaccine with EUA is not a routine or significant procedure, as those terms are defined in these rules.
COVID-19 Vaccination. Programme at Clinics–BioNTech Pilot Scheme” or “BioNTech Pilot Scheme” has the meaning given to in Preamble (c) to this Agreement.

Related to COVID-19 Vaccination

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any future resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated disease outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.

  • Vaccine means a specially prepared antigen which, upon administration to a person, will result in immunity and, specifically for the purposes of this rule, shall mean influenza and pneumococcal vaccines.

  • Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.

  • Prosthesis means an artificial substitute for a missing body part.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Tissue means a portion of the human body other than an organ or an eye. The term does not include blood unless the blood is donated for the purpose of research or education.

  • Negative pressure respirator (tight fitting) means a respirator in which the air pressure inside the facepiece is negative during inhalation with respect to the ambient air pressure outside the respirator.

  • HIV means human immunodeficiency virus.

  • Antipsychotic medications means that class of drugs

  • Transplant hospital means a hospital that furnishes organ transplants and other medical and surgical specialty services required for the care of transplant patients.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Patients means both Public Patients and the Private Patients (referred by private doctors/private hospitals);

  • Orthodontic means a type of specialist dental treatment carried out by an orthodontist that diagnoses, prevents and corrects mispositioned teeth and jaws and misaligned bite patterns.

  • Fully vaccinated means the employer has documented that the person received, at least 14 days prior, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines must be FDA approved; have an emergency use authorization from the FDA; or, for persons fully vaccinated outside the United States, be listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Psychotropic medication means medication the prescribed intent of which is to affect or alter thought processes, mood, or behavior including but not limited to anti-psychotic, antidepressant, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), and behavior medications. The classification of a medication depends upon its stated, intended effect when prescribed.

  • Pretreatment coating means a coating which contains no more than 12% solids by weight, and at least 0.5% acid by weight, is used to provide surface etching, and is applied directly to metal surfaces to provide corrosion resistance, adhesion, and ease of stripping.

  • Behavioral health treatment means counseling and treatment programs, including applied behavior analysis, that are:

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • HEPA filter means a high efficiency particulate absolute air filter capable of trapping and retaining 99.97 percent of fibers greater than 0.3 micrometers in mass median aerodynamic diameter equivalent.

  • Cancer means the presence of one or more malignant tumours including Hodgkin’s disease, leukaemia and other malignant bone marrow disorders, and characterised by the uncontrolled growth and spread of malignant cells and the invasion and destruction of normal tissue, but does not include the following:

  • Treatment Plant means the onshore plant to be constructed by the Joint Venturers for the liquefaction and treatment of natural gas and condensate as contemplated in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Substance abuse treatment means outpatient or inpatient services or participation in Alcoholics Anonymous or a similar program.
