Critical Services definition

Critical Services means the telephony infrastructure to receive and make calls and internet capability to ensure access to the CHS;
Critical Services means operational and business services whose defect or default in their performance would materially impair the continuing compliance of a crowdfunding service provider with the conditions and obligations of its authorisation or its other obligations under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, or its financial performance, or the soundness or the continuity of its crowdfunding services and activities, notably vis-à-vis its clients.
Critical Services means the services listed as critical services in Annexure A;

  • The parties agree that, except as outlined in the immediately following paragraph as it relates to Critical Services, Service Level Documents reflect performance goals, and that any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof may not by itself constitute a breach of the standard of care under this Agreement that gives rise to contractual or other remedies but may under relevant circumstances be a factor in assessing whether Accounting Agent has met such standard of care.

  • The parties agree that, except as outlined in the immediately following paragraph as it relates to Critical Services, Service Level Documents reflect performance goals, and that any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof may not by itself constitute a breach of the standard of care under this Agreement that gives rise to contractual or other remedies but may under relevant circumstances be a factor in assessing whether Sub-Administrator has met such standard of care.

  • The parties agree that, except as outlined in Section 3.B. as it relates to Critical Services, Service Level Documents reflect performance goals, and that any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof may not by itself constitute a breach of the standard of care under this Agreement that gives rise to contractual or other remedies but may under relevant circumstances be a factor in assessing whether USBFS has met such standard of care.

  • Customer may purchase such Business Critical Services, which are provided and performed pursuant to Attachment 3.

  • The total incident Outage time for all Priority 1 incidents experienced by the Business Critical Services described above is used to calculate the availability of a Business Critical Service for the month.

Critical Services means services that (i) require a third party to access, store, transmit or process Cardholder Data in connection with the Program, (ii) involve significant bank functions or other activities that could cause ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank to face significant risk if the third party fails to meet expectations, (iii) could have significant customer impacts, or (iv) could have a major impact on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank operations if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank has to find an alternate third party or if the outsourced activity has to be brought in-house.
Critical Services means those Services that are mission critical or necessary for Nielsen or an Affiliate to conduct their business.
Critical Services means electricity, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and elevators to the Demised Premises.
